1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of teslaglasses.co.nz and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Tesla Glasses is a trading name of Brilin Functional Medicine Centre, located at 8 Settlers Crescent, Ferrymead, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.

2. Products

Product descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications on this website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns Policy (Section 7).

Product availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Pricing

All prices on this website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). If you are shopping from outside New Zealand, our store will display prices in your local currency as a guide — please note that the final charge will be processed in NZD and your bank or payment provider will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete your purchase.

3. Orders

Placing an order

By placing an order on this website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the price shown. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form at teslaglasses.co.nz/contact. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

• New Zealand: 1–2 business days (allow additional time for rural addresses)
• Australia: 1–2 weeks
• Rest of the world: 3–10 working days to arrive in your country, depending on your location

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

• New Zealand & Australia: $1 shipping on all adult frame orders
• Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over USD $999. International shipping rates apply at checkout for orders below this threshold.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Payment

We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Warranty

Tesla Glasses are warranted against manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt through the contact form at teslaglasses.co.nz/contact with a description and photo of the defect.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions
• Scratches caused by improper cleaning or storage
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat or chemicals

Our warranty obligations are in addition to any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Tesla Glasses, please contact us within 7 days of receipt through the contact form at teslaglasses.co.nz/contact.

To be eligible for a return:

• Glasses must be in original, unworn condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Your request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Please note that shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

We assess returns on a case-by-case basis and will always work to find a fair resolution.

New Zealand Consumer Rights

If you are located in New Zealand, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes those rights.

Australian Consumer Rights

If you are located in Australia, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes those rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Brilin Functional Medicine Centre or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

The BIOPTRON Hyperlight Optics® brand and Fullerene C60 patented technology are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
